Two poms who have made Australia our home and embraced the culture, the lifestyle, the flavours and the balance and blending of the Australian cultural melting pot! This gorgeous sunburnt southern land allows us to explore our own creativity, push the boundaries and explore a vast cornucopia of unique Australian flavours – we love it here!
Nathan is a down to earth man from the Midlands – perhaps an unlikely alchemist, but he takes the mundane rudiments of confectionary and creates the sublime.
He has done his hard yards as a commercial cook, working his way through the kitchen ranks and utensils, cheffing at some of the UK’s top Restaurants and 5 Star Hotels, until he found his true home in patisserie, confectionary, chocolaterie . . . and this sweet, sun-kissed Terra Australis.
Jane is more of a quick, fiery, creative spirit even though she hails from the home of the industrial revolution. An expert in the front of house hospitality skills of people management, diplomacy, event design and management, she is Nathan’s willing partner in all things as they pursue the frontiers of food.
